Payment

Currently, Chellsy Ltd only supports payment via PayPal. We do not keep and/or record any bank account information and all information will be saved on your PayPal account.

Free Delivery

How free shipping works?

We only deliver to UK Mainland. We do not deliver outside the UK. Your estimated delivery time will be 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the time of order.

Free Return

We offer Free Returns and 30 days “No Quibble Returns Policy” so you can buy with confidence. Customers matter to us. We will always ensure that you are happy with your product.

We guarantee your satisfaction with every product we sell and want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your transaction, please contact us through and we will resolve any issues immediately.

 Steps:

1.      For a return, please contact our customer service in advance, by e-mail at  Customerservice@chellcy.co.uk

  1. Customer service will note your return request and send you a return label via email.

  2. Put the products you want to return back in the original box

  3. Seal the box. All items must be returned in their original condition and their original packaging

  4. Stick the return label on the box over the original label with your address.

  5. Drop off the box free of charge (e.g. Hermes point)

Track Package

Once you have confirmed your order, we will keep an accurate status until your package is handed over to the carrier. You can track the status via your account on our website.

As soon as your package has been sent, we will also confirm this by e-mail.

After collection by the carrier, you can track your package thanks to the carrier’s tracking application. An email will be sent to notify you.

If you choose to collect your package from our website, you will be notified by email once your package has arrived at its destination.

 Are your packs recyclable? 

Yes, all our packaging is recyclable, and we’ve chosen to use lightweight pouches for our powder products to minimise our transport-related carbon footprint.

We recommend you ask your physician before using our products while you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

 In general, our products are very safe to use as they are made with healthy and natural ingredients. However, some contain natural energisers and sources of caffeine, so as with all food supplements,

Please contact our Sales team at sales@chellsy.co.uk, if you’ve bought one of our products and would like to leave a review. Once our team verifies your purchase, they will publish your review on the product page.

Once opened, we recommend you keep your supplements sealed in a cool and dry area, away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of young children.
